Healthy Oats recipe with Milk and Fruits:

                                    Oats and Milk are healthy breakfast, as it provides essential nutrients to our body. It is a great option for breakfast and it takes less time to cook and eating a small quantity of oats will makes your tummy full. So, we will not feel hungry for a while. For preparation of this recipe, we only requires minimal ingrediants like Oats, milk, honey or sugar, fruits of your choice and dry fruits. 


                                  Oats, which are great source of important minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and fiber. It helps in weight loss, lower blood sugar level and reduce heart disease. Milk provides potassium, calcium and minerals. And add fruits and dry nuts of your choice. you can choose fruits like pomegranate, apple, banana, anjeer, dates, strawberry, grapes,  etc. 
                          Try to use honey instead of sugar... which makes the breakfast healthy . To make your breakfast more healthy, add two boiled eggs in your breakfast to get protein. So, here is the preparation method, try it for yourself ...
  

Ingrediants:

  • Oats (plain)- 1/2 cup or 40 gm
  • Milk - 1 glass (250 ml)        
  • Honey or Sugar (according to your taste)
  • Fruits of your choice (Here I preferred banana and anjeer)
  • Dry fruits of your choice (I preferred almonds and raisins)

Preparation:

  1.   Firstly, take any two types of fruits. Here I preferred banana and anjeer. Chop them and keep aside.
  2. Now take dry fruits likes almonds, kaaju  and raisins. Crush almonds and kaaju and keep aside.
  3. Then boil 25o ml of milk ( prefer skimmed milk) in a medium sized sauce pan in a low flame for 10 to 15 mins and switch off the flame.
  4. Take a wide bowl. Add 1/2 cup of oats into it and add hot boiled milk into the oats and mix well.
  5. Now add 2 teaspoons of honey or 1 tsp of sugar, chopped banana and anjeer and crushed almonds and raisins to the oats mixture and mix well.
  6. That's it, our healthy Oats recipe with milk and dry fruits breakfast is ready to serve.
  7. Serve it hot along with two boiled eggs.
Tips:

  • Use only hot milk, so that we don't need to cook oats.
  • Add more dry fruits to increase the taste of oats.
