MANGO MILKSHAKE

Mango milkshake: 

      Mango milkshake is an ideal summer refreshing drink. It tastes great with simple ingredients like mango, milk, crushed nuts, and sugar.

                                 Alter the sugar according to the sweetness of mangoes. Mango milkshake can also be served by topping with vanilla icecream. So, here is the preparation give it a try for yourself...

                    Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango pieces (2 big sized mangoes)
  • 1 1/2 cup chilled milk ( whole milk or toned milk)
  • Sugar ( according to the sweetness of mangoes)
  • Dry nuts- 10 to 15 ( I preferred almonds)
  • Ice cubes- 3 to 4

Preparation:

  1. Wash, peel and chop the mangoes and add it to a blender.
  2. Now pour 1 1/2 cup milk into it.(  Use Boiled and chilled milk)
  3. Add sugar according to the sweetness of mangoes or if you want you can skip the sugar.(  I added 2 tsps of sugar)
  4. Add 3 to 4 ice cubes into the blender .
  5. Now blend them until it becomes smooth.
  6. And our delightful mango milkshake is ready to serve.
  7. Pour it to the serving glasses and garnish with some crushed almonds.
  8. You can also serve by topping with vanilla icecream.

Tips:

  • Use ripen and sweet mangoes which will enhance the taste of mango milkshake.
